Where to: Lucas Digne

According to Ignazio Genuardi of Mercato 365, a deal has been completed for Lucas Digne to sign for Monaco.

The player has agreed contractual details and a fee of around €18m including bonuses was settled between Monaco and Lille.

Digne had been linked with several clubs already this summer, including AS Roma and several Premier League sides too.

PSG also agreed contractual details and were close to finalising a fee with Lille but it is believed that Monaco beat Les Parisiens’ salary offer and bid.

Barring a last ditch attempt by PSG to scupper the move, Lucas Digne will sign for Monaco when he returns from the U20’s World Cup campaign which is currently ongoing in Turkey.

It appears that Laurent Blanc has given PSG’s representatives the go ahead to launch another offensive to try and purse Digne away from Monaco, according to the Nice Matin.
