DFCO Dijon have announced the signing of Moroccan international Fouad Chafik from Stade Lavallois.
Dijon manager Olivier Dall’Oglio has described the versatile 29-year-old as a “very modern footballer” and has been under the eye of Dijon scouts for many years since his start at ASOA Valence.
“He had already caught our eye when flying at Istres,” explains Sebastien Larcier. “Despite his 29 years, he continues to progress.”
Dall’Oglio went on to say that Chafik “has all the features of the modern full back. We love it’s freshness and mindset that we stick in the dressing room.”
Subject to a medical, Fouad Chifak will sign a contract for a two-year-deal.
