Two Romanians have agreed to join Ligue 1 clubs today it has emerged. Evian have now agreed contractual details with central midfielder Dan Nistor after a fee of €800k including bonuses was agreed with Pandurii Targu Jiu last week.
The 25 year old Romanian central midfielder is expected to travel to Annecy either today or tomorrow where he will sign a 3 plus 1 year contract with Evian. He replaces Mohamed Rabiu who has agreed to sign for Kuban Krasnodar on a long term contract (he has yet to pass the medical).
Meanwhile Rennes today finally agreed a fee with Romanian first division leaders Astra Giurgiu for the transfer of Valerica Gaman, the centre back. The fee has been settled at €1.3m and Rennes need to finalise contractual details with the player although everything is provisionally in place.
